The FHK welcomes Germany's ratification of the Istanbul Convention, but nevertheless recognizes the need for further steps, including legislative ones, to fulfill the Convention's requirements. In particular, the FHK calls for ratification of the Istanbul Convention without the reservations regarding residence rights and compensation law.
