You will receive a 48-hour editorial link to the email address you provided, allowing you to access a form specific to the facility whose data needs to be updated. Each link applies to exactly one facility. This means that women's shelters and specialist counseling centers belonging together require separate links.

Please save your information regularly as you complete the form. The updated data will then be publicly visible in the online search.

Once the form is fully completed, the button at the bottom of the form will change to "Submit for approval now." Clicking this button will notify FHK of your request and allow it to release the record.

Your data set will be reviewed by FHK within a few days and then released.
You will receive an automated email informing you that your facility is now publicly visible in the women's shelter and specialist counseling center search.
