Structural discrimination refers to seemingly neutral regulations or criteria that disadvantage individuals or social groups.
For example, if support services are aimed exclusively at heterosexual people and do not include lesbian, bisexual, gay, trans- or intersex people, this is an example of structural exclusion of LGBTI people.
