Since 2023, FHK has hosted four annual nationwide exchange and networking meetings for children's services staff in the field of violence protection against women. The working group is an informal forum for professional exchange on social-educational topics in working with children in the context of women's and children's shelters.
The digital working group is open to all interested parties and can be attended regularly or depending on the thematic focus.
At the beginning of each meeting, a children's department presents its work. Following this, key educational topics are discussed in small groups, allowing professionals from different institutions to share their own work practices. Previous topics have included the further development of child protection concepts, weekly planning and the structure of educational activities, as well as behavioral problems and developmental delays in children.
