Since October 2020, the Women's Shelter Coordination Office has been supporting women's shelters and specialist counseling centers in professionally addressing the digital challenges of the COVID-2.0 pandemic with the "Help System 19" project. To date, approximately €2 million in funding has already been transferred to the specialist practice to support the help system.
What are the next steps?
Institutions in the assistance system still have the opportunity to apply for financial support in this context: projects for digital development can be implemented until July 2022, and applications can be submitted until March 31, 2022.
On September 28, 2021, the FHK project staff are therefore organizing a digital workshop on the project, at which, among others, the umbrella organization of autonomous women's counseling centers in North Rhine-Westphalia and the Paritätische Akademie Berlin will present their training offerings.
