Registration for the hybrid conference “Safe Action Against Digital Violence” is now open

Where? Conference Center Franz-Mehrings-Platz 1 / hybrid

Digital violence particularly affects women, girls, and marginalized groups, and the number of women victims is increasing rapidly. How can protection against digital violence be effectively implemented and anchored in violence protection for women? We want to discuss these questions at our conference together with practitioners from women's shelters and specialized counseling centers, experts, and representatives from federal and state politics. 

Participants expect:

• Insights into the FHK project "Dealing with digital violence in women's shelters"
• Panel discussion on “Structural development regarding digital violence in the support system and new cooperations”
• In presence: Impulses from professional practice
• Parallel online: 2024 Monitoring Report on the implementation of the Istanbul Convention on the digital dimension of violence
• Presentation of the new specialist portal “Safe against digital violence”
• Space for exchange and networking

The event is aimed at all women's shelters and specialist counseling centers, interested parties, as well as representatives from politics and federal and state ministries.
